Effective: 2026-10-24 · Last updated: 2026-10-24
1. Overview
"Ali Robot" is a browser productivity extension developed by the Shenzhen Dianshichengjin team for cross-border e-commerce sellers using Alibaba.com and 1688.com. We respect and protect your privacy. This policy explains what the extension processes and how.
2. Information We Process
- License verification: When you sign in, the extension sends your login username only (no password) to our license server
https://api.yxbf.net to verify your subscription. The resulting session credential is stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage) for up to 7 days to keep you signed in, then refreshed or cleared.
- E-commerce page data: To provide features such as listing optimization, data overview, keyword export and visitor-record download, the extension reads data visible to your own account on the Alibaba pages you open, and only when you actively use a feature. Such data is processed in your browser and exported only at your action; it is not uploaded to our servers.
- Local storage: Session, settings and caches are stored locally in your browser and never include your platform passwords. Signing out or uninstalling clears them.
3. What We Never Do
- We never sell user data;
- We never share your e-commerce page data with third parties;
- We never collect your Alibaba / 1688 account passwords.
4. Your Control
You may stop all processing at any time by signing out or uninstalling the extension. Exported files remain on your device under your control.
